Building a Snowman

We only have 1 more week to earn snowballs to complete our snowman for the bulletin board. Remember, you can earn a snowball by scoring an A on any quiz or test in English or science class. I'm not so sure that we'll be able to fill him--- Are you up for the challenge? Study for any upcoming quizzes and tests, so that we can complete the snowman before the end of the month.

End of Term 2 and Semester 1

Today is the final day of Term 2 and Semester 1-- Be sure that you know where you're going on Monday when we change our classes.

Cells, Cells, and More Cells

Today in class we took our quiz on the cell parts and their jobs. We will continue with cells in the following weeks. We will answer questions such as "How do we get viruses?", "Why should you only get chicken pox one time?", and "Why do the grocery stores spray their vegetables several times throughout the day?" If you think you know the answers to these questions, be ready to discuss them in class-- I want to see just what you think about them.
